[ He's laughing so hard he can barely get it out between squeals of laughter ]

Are you sure? [Maedhros lifts his brother up and turns him this way and that, making a show of inspecting him thouroughly.] I don't know... looks very much like a little chipmunk to me. But If you're not, what are you then? Surley something so cute can't be a little elfling, can it?

[ He squeals, wriggling ]

Kano's an elfling! Not chipmunk!

Hmmm. I suppose chipmunks can't talk. [He gives his brother a hug.] You must be a little elfling after all then.

[ He hugs back, breathless ]

Kano is elfling! So no mores tickles!

[holdshisown]

[He gives him a quick kiss on the cheek.]

No more tickles. [He promises.] Now you said something about cookies I believe?

[ He hums happily at the kiss, and nods ]

Can has cookies now?

[ Please ignore the yawn ]

Are you sure you're not too tired to go right now?

[He gives his brother a sceptical look.]

[ He slaps his hands over his mouth and widens his eyes ]

Kano's not tired!

[ This is a lie ]

[He raises his eyebrow and gives his brother a long look.]

Are you sure, Kano? You seem pretty tired to me.

Kano is always awake for cookies!

[ LOOK AT HIS WIDE OPEN EYES DOESNT HE LOOK AWAKE? ]

Very well then. I'll take you to get some cookies.

[He stands up with his brother still in his arms. If he falls asleep in them however he'll just take him home and bake him some cookies instead.]

Where exactly are these cookies located?

[ His brother is warm, and his arms both familiar and comforting, and Kano leans against him, hiding his yawn behind his hand ]

Mister Gaura says he has some!

Shall we go see if we can have some then?

[bythewaves]

Yes!

[ Another yawn, and he'll almost certainly be asleep before they get there ]

Alright then.

[It might be better if he puts his brother to bed after walking around for a bit then. He'll bake him some cookies as an appology in the morning.]
